Although we will admit to having some experience with additional software tools and platforms (our developers are curious, inquisitive tech nerds, after all), we intentionally stay focused on just those three so we can justifiably retain our label of “experts.”
Why support two ecommerce platforms?
Because neither platform alone covers 100% of the use cases of our customers. Both SuiteCommerce and BigCommerce can be a great choice, depending on what your company’s goals are. Both are highly compatible with using NetSuite as your ERP.

Jacob Terneus
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Before joining Anchor Group, Jacob spent time in academia, teaching Classics and Ancient Philosophy. This background – with its abundant opportunities to practice clear, careful communication – set him up well to consult and educate in the NetSuite world. Jacob spent several years consulting at Anchor Group, eventually founding and leading an ERP-specific consulting team to handle both implementations and managed services. In 2024 Jacob joyfully accepted the responsibility of the CEO role for Anchor Group. In his off-hours, you can expect to find Jacob cycling, enjoying a good Latin conversation, or just laughing with his wife and two daughters.
Caleb Schmitz
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Caleb has a diversified background in engineering, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, distribution, sales, ecommerce, and marketing which help play a key influence on his leadership role as Anchor Group’s Chief Revenue Officer. He received his B.S in Mechanical Engineering from both Benedictine College and the University of North Dakota before working as a design engineer and production supervisor in the transportation manufacturing industry. While in that role, he was moved to support the company’s internal ERP implementation. After that, Caleb loved the ERP consulting space and joined his brother at Anchor Group building a NetSuite consulting practice. His focus in the company has been on ecommerce and NetSuite customizations.
Ryan Breen
Chief of Delivery
Ryan is an experienced leader in strategic, transformational project delivery across a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, retail and finance with Fortune 100 companies. Ryan started his career in Management Consulting, providing project management expertise, marketing and business analytics for growth and value initiatives. Ryan built upon these foundations in subsequent roles, creating Project Management Offices and overseeing delivery of multi-million dollar strategic portfolios. Ryan joined Anchor Group in 2024 as Chief of Delivery, bringing his expertise in overseeing project development and delivery. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as fishing in the many lakes around Wisconsin.
Collin Konetzke
Director of Talent and Culture
Collin studied Graphic Design at UW Madison and spent a few years in Catholic campus ministry before jumping into Anchor Group. He has filled a number of roles over the years including Theme developer, SuiteCommerce Project Manager, and Team Lead. Today, he has the pleasure of working as Anchor Group's Director of Talent and Culture, focusing on bringing new members into the Anchor Group team and fostering unity on camaraderie throughout the organization. During his free time, he can likely be found painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with his wife.

That’s not to say that we don’t build a bunch of sweet custom software. We do. In fact we regularly get SuiteCommerce to do cool stuff nobody else thought was possible.
But custom development is not all that we do. Yes, you need someone who knows how to code: how to center the blue rectangle, how to make an API call, how to navigate the tricky waters of date-time management in SuiteScript.
